Open cages will begin Tuesday December 1st. Open cages will be every Tuesday and Thursday until Winter Break. We will also have two open cages over break on December 28th and 29th but times are TBA due to basketball practices.
Open cages will consist of a combination of lifting, speed work and hitting. Players should bring their own helmets if possible.
