Open cages will begin Tuesday December 3rd from 3-4:30 PM. We will do a speed workout from 3-3:45 followed by hitting from 3:45-4:30. Anyone interested in playing baseball is invited.
Open cages are scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday until the holiday break (six total sessions). During the month of December players will be given a calendar for January and February with the rest of the open cage schedule.
