The sun is out and baseball is around the corner. Two weeks of open cages and work outs before the season is in full swing. Here are this weeks baseball activities:
Tuesday- Speed and Explosion Workout 3-4 PM
Wednesday- Open cage 6:45-7:30 AM
Thursday- Speed and Explosion Workout 3-4 PM, Open Cage 4-5 PM
**With the possibility of nice weather this week players are encouraged to bring their glove to school. Weather permitting we will go out to the track for open throwing sessions after school**
