Columbiana (4-9) dropped a 12-2 decision to the Lakeview Bulldogs (7-4) on Saturday afternoon. Columbiana took an early 2-0 lead but was unable to hold on as the Bulldogs scored 8 runs in innings 4-6 to close out the game.
AJ Perkins had an RBI double in the 1st inning and Michael Ginocchi led off the 2nd inning with a 2 strike single but those were all the hits the Clippers could muster. Columbiana did manage to draw 7 bases on balls on the afternoon.
Columbiana will travel to Toronto on Monday to take on the Red Knights in a key EOAC matchup.
