The Columbiana Baseball and Softball programs will be holding its first Purse Bingo Event on Saturday March 10th at 5:30 PM @ the Vinyards at Pine Lake. This is an exciting event that both programs are looking forward to as it will be both fun and help both programs tremendously for new items/equipment for the upcoming season.
Purse Bingo is similar to regular bingo except the prizes will be designer purses. We are planning on having 15 games of bingo with various brands of purses as prizes. In addition, we will have a number of other prizes to win in our Chinese Auction.
In order for the event to be successful both programs need your help. A player meeting will be held at school on Tuesday at lunch time and each player will receive five tickets to sell. The more people we have at the event the better chance of success so we are asking each player to try and sell five tickets. Tickets are $25 each and include 15 bingo cards (1 for each of the 15 bingo games that will held).
What we are looking for:
In addition to ticket sales we need the following:
- Purse Donations/Sponsorships (New with tags)
- Raffle items (individual prizes or baskets)
- We have already received items from the Cleveland Browns, Lake Erie Monsters and Pittsburgh Playhouse
- Event Sponsors
- Decorations, etc.
