Clippers unable to over come early deficit in 10-2 loss to Lisbon

Columbiana (7-4, 5-1) fell behind early to Lisbon and eventually fell 10-2 Tuesday afternoon.  Lisbon scored 4 runs in the first and 2 in the second off of Jake Clark before he settled down against the Blue Devil offense.  On the day Clark (2-2) pitched 5 innings giving up 8 runs (6 earned) on 9 hits.  Josh Herbert finished off the game for Columbiana throwing 2 innings giving up 2 runs (1 earned).

Offensively, the Clippers were led by Dylan Davin and Keenan Green who each collected two hits.  Davin, along with Mitch Davidson, had doubles on the day.

The Clippers will look to rebound tomorrow afternoon when the Rams of Mineral Ridge come to town.
